• Butt and Electrofusion welding to DVS – 2207-01, 2207-15 / ISO 21307, Internal and External debeading, Extrusion welding, and Hot air welding offer a complete solution to your PE Welding and Plastic Fabrication requirements on site.
• Joining of PE pipes and fittings within the size range 32 mm to 1200 mm. and using the correct procedures provides a joint with the same properties as the parent pipe and fittings with the ability to resist longitudinal stress loads. This works by melting the PE  material at the pipe ends with a hot plate 200-240 deg C then using a hydraulic carriage to push the molten surfaces together at a predetermined pressure and maintaining force until the joint has cooled.
• In all pipe welding operations jointing should only be performed by trained Fusion welding technicians using properly maintained and calibrated welding equipment.
