Geomembrane lining
Geomembrane installation
HDPE liner for lagoons, bunds and containment — welded by the same crews who weld the pipe, and tested seam by seam.
A containment liner either holds or it does not, and the failure is almost always at a seam or a detail — a penetration, a corner, a termination at the crest. Sheet is the easy part.
Welding and testing
Dual wedge welding
The primary seaming method. Two parallel weld tracks with an air channel between them, which allows the complete seam to be pressure tested along its full length rather than sampled. If the channel holds pressure, the seam is continuous.
Extrusion welding
For patches, penetrations, corners and details that a wedge welder cannot run. Tested by spark testing or vacuum box, depending on the detail.
