Civil and structural repair

Chloride attack in the Gulf is relentless. Reinforcement corrodes, cover spalls, and the section loses the capacity it was designed with. Separately, change of use loads structures in ways nobody drew for — a plant room becomes a storage floor, a car park takes heavier vehicles, a slab gets a new opening cut through it.

Both problems have engineered answers. Concrete repair restores what corrosion took away. Carbon fibre reinforced polymer adds capacity the original section never had, in millimetres rather than the hundreds of millimetres a concrete enlargement would need.

How we approach a repair

We are a Sika certified applicator and hold approvals from Fischer and Fosroc. CFRP design is produced on the manufacturer’s own design software and reviewed by their technical support before issue; the structural review and stamp is provided through a licensed structural engineering office.
