Fabrication, electrical and insulation

Site work is expensive, weather-exposed and permit-constrained. Workshop work is none of those things. Wherever a scope can be broken into fabricated assemblies and site connections, we move as much as possible into the shop — spools, supports, platforms, tanks and ducting — and leave the site crew a sequence of lifts and joints.

Metallic fabrication

Structural steel, access platforms, pipe supports, frames and pipe spools, fabricated to drawing and welded to approved procedures. Surface preparation and protective coating applied before despatch where the specification calls for it.

Thermoplastic fabrication

Chemical service does not forgive the wrong material. We fabricate in PP, PVDF, PVC and HDPE — tanks, scrubber bodies, ducting, bunds and launders — using extrusion and hot-gas welding by welders qualified under the SKZ DVGW scheme.
