Piping and process systems

Most piping packages in Bahrain are split by material. The HDPE goes to a fusion specialist, the GRP to a composites firm, the carbon steel to a mechanical contractor, and the transitions between them become the place where programmes slip and responsibility blurs.

We hold all three. Thermoplastic welding is supervised under SKZ DVGW GW 331, our laminators work to the resin manufacturers’ approved procedures, and our pipefitters work to approved WPS on carbon steel, stainless and duplex. When a flanged transition between an HDPE header and a GRE spool leaks, there is one contractor to call.

Where this capability came from

The company began in 2011 maintaining reverse osmosis plant. Desalination is unforgiving about piping: seawater at pressure, chemically aggressive service, and no appetite for a shutdown extension. Everything we do in piping today is built on fifteen years of that discipline.
